Well this is a simple review. We received the lawn raker in its big box, unpackaged it, screwed on the 4 wheels, added the heigh adjust lever handle, screwed on the main push handle and away we went. Moss collected galore.
It has loads of spare what look like bent paper clips - these are used to replace the ones when you hit rocks and loose them.
Moss, twig and leaf collection is great.
Well recommended.
This is a mean, clean, scarifying machine. I had previously used an electric scarifier with collection basket on the front, moss, grass, bits flying everywhere. Not with this one, certainly had to stop every few feet, to empty the collection/compaction box, how much moss can one lawn grow? a lot apparently. After a fortnight of rain it wasn't the best of conditions to do this but had to start sometime. I stopped when my large green wheelie bin was full and concerned I was annihilating my lawn. Not so, one week later lawn is recovering.The electric cable is a bit short but that is remedied with an extension cable. There is a lot of plastic with this machine which makes it light to handle but not sure how robust it will be against mishaps. As a previous reviewer has said, there is a lot of machine for the money and it is straightforward to put to-gether. Pleased I took the plunge and made this purchase, better than all that backache doing it with a long handled scarifier.
